Cannot ADD New Subscribers ( SIM Cards )

Problem Description
In X Country, Z LTE Project,
Customer require to add some new Subscriber for test purpose, So when we try to add them we have the following Error “ RETCODE = 1033 ERR1033:Number threshold exceeded

None.
Handling Process
When we try to add new Sub in the PGW window of HSS by using the Command below
"ADD SUB: HLRSN=1, IMSI="xxxxxx000000009", ISDN="xxxxxx590010", CARDTYPE=USIM, NAM=BOTH, DEFAULTCALL=TS11, AMBRMAXUL=1000000000, AMBRMAXDL=1000000000;
The Command is not Executed and the following Error Appeared “ RETCODE = 1033 ERR1033:Number threshold exceeded

To Narrow the Problem
We need to check if the new prefix of ( IMSI & MSISDN ) are in the range that was predefined before or not
So we Use the Command “LST VHLRRANGE: SYSHLRSN=1, RANGETYPE=IMSI;
And unfortunately we did not find the new range was defined
And when we repeat the command For MSISDN “LST VHLRRANGE: SYSHLRSN=1, RANGETYPE=MSISDN;
Also we did not find the new range defined

Root Cause
N/A
Solution
We Add the New Ranges for the New Subscribers in HSS by the Commands Below
  1. ADD VHLRRANGE: SYSHLRSN=1, HLRSN=1, RANGETYPE=IMSI, PREFIX="xxxxx";
  2. ADD VHLRRANGE: SYSHLRSN=1, HLRSN=1, RANGETYPE=MSISDN, PREFIX="xxxxx"
After that, We try to Add The New Subscribers Again by the following commands

ADD SUB: HLRSN=1, IMSI="xxxxxx000000009", ISDN="xxxxxx590010", CARDTYPE=USIM, NAM=BOTH, DEFAULTCALL=TS11, AMBRMAXUL=1000000000, AMBRMAXDL=1000000000 ;

We found that the Subscriber is added Successfully.

Suggestions and Summary
Check VHLRRANGE that is Already Defined on HSS before Adding New subscribers
